FordDirect Premier Customization Service Information

The Avatar feature of the Premier Customization Service allows DealerConnection homepages to display a virtual spokesperson or welcome message.  In the screen shot below, you can see our Avatar known as Amy.  She and her male counterpart, Andy, are a great way to welcome customers to your website.  We can set the Avatar to play each time the homepage loads or it can be set to play every 5^th time the page loads.  The Avatar can also be linked off to another webpage.  The example here is linked to a dealership’s pre-owned inventory.
